On March 3, 2022, KH Abdul Gani Kasuba (AGK), Governor of Maluku Utara, Indonesia, Hasyim Daeng Barang, Director of the Office of the Maluku Utara Energy and Mines Department, Yusra Hi Noho, Environmental Inspector of the Maluku Utara Environment Department, and Stevi Thomas, Representative of Lygend Resources Cooperation Company from Jakarta, arrived at the OBI Industrial Park in Indonesia. Accompanied by Zhang Baodong, General Manager of OBI Industrial Park Management Company in Indonesia, and Rico W. Albert, Leader of Engineering and Environment, the delegation jointly inspected the production and operation of the nickel-cobalt project located in the OBI Industrial Park in Indonesia.

Rico W. Albert, Leader of Engineering and Environment, introduced that, with the policy support and normative guidance of the local government, all operations in the park comply with and strictly observe the applicable government regulations. Since the operation of the project, there have been no incidents of work-related fatalities in the park. The company always adheres to the concept of "protect the environment, keep harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, and adhere to the planning and construction of an 'ecological village'". This is not only the principle that the company adheres to in the construction process of the OBI Industrial Park Project in Indonesia, but also the social responsibility of the company in the sustainable development process of the OBI Industrial Park in Indonesia.

After completing the internal inspection of the park, Governor KH Abdul Gani Kasuba (AGK) once again emphasized the need to obtain a large amount of capital injection to develop his hometown, which made him feel proud. This land has nurtured thousands of Indonesian people, and the governor hoped that the cooperation between the two sides should fully consider the harmonious coexistence of humans and nature under the requirements of various rules, bring tangible benefits to the local socio-economic development and the improvement of people's living standards. This is the wish of the governor and the original intention of Chinese enterprises to benefit all parties and develop together under the "Belt and Road" Initiative.

Governor KH Abdul Gani Kasuba (AGK) affirmed the environmental protection work and investment in the park. Yusra Hi Noho, an environmental investigator from the Department of Environment in Maluku Utara, said that, among the 109 mining business licenses issued in Maluku Utara, the production park created by Lygend Resources has always been at the forefront of environmental protection and management effectiveness. In addition, Yusra Hi Noho actively responded to corrective suggestions from all parties, hoping that the OBI project would be reasonably improved and continue to maintain a harmonious coexistence between the environment and enterprise development.

As the first project in Indonesia to successfully use the High-Pressure Acid Leaching (HPAL) process for technical processing and refining of nickel cobalt hydroxide (MHP), the OBI Project has submitted satisfactory answers to the industry with excellent standards and performance. Whether it is producing high-quality MHP products in a stable and efficient manner, environmental protection, or the park's people-oriented and harmonious development management philosophy, it provides employees with superior and comfortable working and living conditions. For these reasons, it has received unanimous praise from the governments and leaders at all levels.

With the support of the Indonesian government's policies, the guidance of the company's leaders, and the struggle of all employees, Lygend Resources steadily builds its foundation, points to the distance, and carefully makes progress. With Indonesia OBI Industrial Park as the paper, it draws a picture of Lygend's harmonious development and common win under the "Belt and Road" Initiative.
